Challenge
As a two-floor law firm in a new office tower, McLennan Ross' mandate was to ensure mindful spending on their construction and furnishings. Working under a tight schedule, Shearer spearheaded the tender process for the construction, architectural wall system and all new furniture.
Strategy
Parallel to the design process, Shearer project managers leveraged legacy relationships and explored architectural wall systems and furniture options. This provided a comparative study of vendor packages to ensure the best pricing for the best quality, aesthetic and timeline.
Delivery
The result is a space that is unpretentious and says “genuine and approachable.” Meeting budget and timeline requirements, work-flow functions were also highlighted. Collaborative spaces cultivate well-being while the inviting reception area and meeting spaces curate the client experience.
